Bodegas Nodus is present at We’re Smart; the presentation of the best vegetable restaurants in Japan.

Bodegas Nodus takes another step forward in the international gastronomic arena by being part of the We’re Smart TOP 10 Awards Ceremony for Japan 2024, held in Niigata. During the event, the top 10 vegetable restaurants in the Japanese country were announced, a recognition that highlights the growing importance of plant-based gastronomy in modern cuisine.

Bodegas Nodus, with its origins in the wine region of Valencia, had the pleasure of accompanying the presentation of a paella prepared by Chef Begoña Rodrigo, ambassador of Albufera rice. This dish, so characteristic of the city of Turia, was paired with wines from Bodegas Nodus, renowned for their quality and flavor, adding a special touch to the gastronomic experience.

The event was attended by renowned chefs, such as Chef Keiko Kuwakino, who, together with Rodrigo, prepared healthy and original plant-based bento boxes, showcasing the fusion of Japanese and Spanish culinary traditions. This collaboration not only celebrated creativity in the kitchen, but also highlighted the importance of using local and sustainable ingredients, a value that Bodegas Nodus shares in its wine production.
