Wine with very fruity notes of Bobal grapes. Young red wine made of 100% Bobal, organic and certified vegan. Ripening is closely monitored to determine the optimum time for harvesting. It includes the grape selection, controlled fermentation at a low temperature, and a long maceration in stainless-steel vats. This wine exemplifies the fruity notes characteristic of Bobal grapes.
