 Organic Bobal

An excellent barrel-aged red wine. From our selected vineyards, we use the best grapes to prepare this Nodus, with a blend of varieties from different soil types. Patiently macerated in our cellar, we obtain this rich wine with a long and peculiar preparation method that includes cold maceration phases before fermentation and brief alcoholic fermentation at a low temperature. This creates a balance between the fruity and toasted notes from its time spent in the barrel. This wine has not been subjected to any stabilisation processes, which means that natural tartaric precipitation may appear. It is categorised as an organic wine from the 2017 vintage.

The Nodus Bobal wine by Bodegas Nodus is a clear reflection of our native grape’s new, transformative narrative: it has ceased to be Cinderella and has now become the sole protagonist of sensational wines such as this one. This barrel-aged red wine is the result of a meticulous winemaking process with a cold maceration in the pre-fermentation stage and brief alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures. However, it is important to note that this wine has not undergone any stabilisation procedures, so it may contain completely natural tartaric precipitation.
