Organic Rosé

A young, organic rosé wine from our Nodus flagship brand. We select the best grapes from our vineyards to obtain this 100% Bobal rosé. Once the grapes have reached peak ripeness, we put them through a short cold maceration and ferment them at a temperature of 16º C, followed by the traditional free-running method, or saigné, thereby preserving the must with all the flavours and aromas of the grapes. Categorised as an organic wine from the 2018 vintage.
