Variety and Land

An exceptional red wine aged in barrels. From selected vineyards, we carefully choose the best grapes for this coupage, a union of varietals and different lands. Macerated in our cellar with patience and care, this wine is rich in tannins as a result of its contact with the skins. The fruit and the toasty character of oak from its time in the barrel are perfectly balanced. This wine is representative of our winemaker Ángela Pardo’s greatest expression.

Las Provincias
Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Bobal and Syrah are the varieties used to prepare this aged wine from Bodegas Nodus, with DO Utiel-Requena. Using grapes from organic vineyards and aged for more than six months in barrels. Cherry red with purple hues. Aromas of ripe fruit, caramel and a hint of tobacco. On the palate it is pleasant and slightly sweet.

Intense cherry red with a violet hue.

Nose:

Intense aroma, candied fruit, new oak, chocolate and roasted almonds.

Taste:

Full-flavoured, unctuous, spicy, earthy, and balanced with ripened tannins.

Pairing:

Ideal companion to meats, fatty fish and hearty meals in general such as pasta and rice dishes.
