Inheritance

This wine is one of the most exclusive of the Nodus brand. With Ocho Encinas, we aim to transmit the heritage of our land; our plots are surrounded by forests, and within the estate, there are 8 monumental holm oak trees. The grapes are harvested by hand, beginning the selection in the vineyard itself, harvesting only the clusters that are at their optimum ripeness. We make sure to take all the care and dedication that this wine requires, and it shows in its taste. This wine is a blend of Merlot and Cabernet. These plots have a low production rate and the grapes are small; this allows the wines to have a higher concentration, resulting in a wine with more colour, body, and flavour.
